OMG Can’t.Stop.Eating!

A punnet of cherry tomatoes a little past their best, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried chilli flakes and a bit of salt.

Cook in a slow oven for about an hour. Try and keep a few for your poor husband who is travelling back from the site and won’t be home for his dinner until nearly 10.00PM. That bit will be difficult, the rest was super easy!
